These terms govern your use of OneUp and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We design and build websites, add features such as AI chatbots and booking, and help with deployment. Free previews are illustrative and may differ from the final delivered website.
Quotes and payment
We don't publish fixed prices. After your free preview, we send a written proposal scoped and priced to your requirements, and nothing is billed until you accept it. Optional domain and hosting are quoted separately.
AI-generated content
Website copy, images, and chat responses may be generated or assisted by AI based on the business details you provide. You review generated content before it goes live — you're in control of what's published, and can request changes at any stage.
Ownership
On full payment, you own your website and content. Where requested, domain and hosting are registered in your name so you retain full control of your assets — your business, your domain, your data.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
